Embracing Life's Challenges and The Wheel of Wellbeing Workshops

Embracing Life's Challenges Workshop

There’s no doubt life is challenging right now, and building resilience is more important than ever – in life and work. It’s not a journey you need to take alone. While resilience has become another buzzword, this workshop is about making it REAL, RELEVANT, and PRACTICAL for the world we find ourselves living in. We’ve designed this session to help you take stock of where you are, to leverage your strengths, and to learn ways to adapt to changes, challenges and uncertainty while proactively looking to the horizon.

Date: 29 November

Location: The Waipawa Library, 64 High Street, Waipawa

Time: 10.30 am – 12.30 pm

Register for FREE on Eventbrite to secure your spot on the workshop. Or to find out more, contact Leonie Wallwork hello@ngatoihawkesbay.co.nz with your name and contact details.
