Bake 'n' Chat

Do you love to bake?  Sweet or Savoury?  Both?

Central Hawke's Bay Libraries Bake 'n' Chat Club meet to share recipes, baking tips, and of course food!

We have a new theme every month, and bring along something we’ve made to share. 

It’s a great way to meet new people, learn something new and bond over kai. 

We meet once a month on the 1st Monday of each month - Starting 1st March 2021

10.30am - 11.30pm at Waipawa LibraryFB and Web Bake n Chat 1

Our Theme's for 2021 will be;

March 1st - First meeting - Will be a chat on how things will work going forward.  A chance to share ideas etc

April 5th - No Class/Easter Monday

May 3rd - Biscuits - Savoury, Sweet, Chocolate, plain your choice.

June 7th - No Class/Queens Birthday

July 5th - .Cheese -   Bring along a bake that incorporates cheese.

August 2nd - Kiwiana - Bring along a bake that reminds you of NZ.

September 6th - Sponge - Show us what you can do with a basic sponge.

October 4th - Coconut - Bring along a bake that incorporates Coconut.

November 1st - Scones, Scones, Scones -   need we say more

December 6th - Christmas Bakes
